Investors can purchase a share in Zen Retreats Limited for a modest £10,400. Returns for the first two years are guaranteed at 8% per annum.

The first project from the Zen Retreats team is the exciting Sundays Sanctuary Resort & Spa, located on the beautiful and highly acclaimed island of Koh Samui in Thailand.

You have an opportunity to purchase Preference Shares in the company that will own both the land and the Sundays Resort complex that is built on the land.

The Zen Retreats Investment Fund complies with appropriate UK and European legislation. It has been structured with extreme care and integrity for an investment term of 10 years duration.

In years 1 and 2 of the investment, investors are guaranteed a dividend equal to 8% of the amount invested.

In years 3 through to 10, investors will be paid a dividend for each share owned. The dividend amount will be calculated by taking 70% of the annual net profit generated from Sunday’s room rental, food & beverage and spa services. The final amount will be divided amongst shareholders, proportionate to their shareholding.

Once the tenth full year has passed, the fund is structured so the company and its assets will be irrevocably sold on the open market. When the company is sold, investors will benefit from the value of the company and its assets - this includes the sale of the Sunday Sanctuary Resort & Spa and the land on which it is built.
