Zen Retreats has been created and is operated by three experienced businessmen. The investment structure has been created with input and approval from a carefully selected panel of qualified experts and professional suppliers from within the legal, finance and trustee world.

Kenneth Armstrong
Chairman
62 years old, Kenneth has extensive business experience gained throughout a long career. Ken first established his own business in 1980. In 1985 he set up a leading manufacturer, supplier and distributor of cloakroom furniture and equipment, selling primarily into the education marketplace.
Richard Greenwood
Operations Director
35 years old, Richard has worked in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. For the last 12 years he has operated as a Consultant. During this period of time, Richard has consulted at hotels all over the globe, specialising in new openings and concept development.
Steven Halliwell
Finance Director
41 years old, Steven is a highly experienced finance professional with exposure to both Corporate and Retail banking. Steven has held Finance Director and Business Development roles globally and has also worked in the charity sector.
